Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the images.

Furthermore featured in this new document drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key detailing various parts of the property.

Alongside this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.

Further images disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight release.
